Order Cost $0.00-$75.00 - Shipping Cost $39.99

Order Cost $75-$200 - Shipping Cost $79.99

Order Cost $200 and Up - Shipping Cost $99.99

Shipping takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks. We do not offer expedited shipping options to Canada because we cannot control how long a package takes to go through customs

Shipping Cost to International Customers

Standard Shipping - $39.99 - $99.99 - Shipping takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks. We do not offer expedited shipping options to international countries because we cannot control how long a package takes to go through customs. 

SHIPPING TIME

If you are in the continental United States, shipping takes 8 to 12 business days with standard shipping.  Saturday’s and Sundays do not count as business days. National holidays do not count as business days either.  

Please note that products that require an artist, such as our Group Bridesmaid Caricatures and caricatures printed on tumblers, cannot be delivered in 8 to 12 business days.  The standard turn around time for products that require an artist to draw the guys in your wedding party is one month.

DUTIES

We wish you didn't have to pay duties on our shipment from the United States, but unfortunately you do. Some orders will be subject to duty charges by customs, therefore you, the customer, will be responsible for these charges at the time of receipt of the package. Unfortunately, any personalized order refused by customers attempting to avoid duties charges cannot be returned for a refund. Non-personalized orders can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties and a 15% re-stocking fee.
